The filming for the song ‘A Journey Upon Ancient Lands’ was taken on location within the rural settings of both Derbyshire in the East Midlands and The Lake District in Cumbria. The opening image for the video was painted by Dorothy Hardy in 1908 and called ‘The Dises’. The closing painting at the end of the film was by artist August Friedrich Schenck called Anguish in 1878.
